What is your latest Returns & Exchanges Policy for online purchases?
For any reason you are not happy with your EXIE purchase, you can return your items if they match
our return criteria below and are returned to us within 30 days from delivery for full price items, and
14 days for markdown items. We will provide a full refund for any full-priced item(s). For markdown item(s), we can only provide store credit or an exchange. End of season sale and final sale items cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The item is in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached
- Hygiene stickers on swimwear must remain in place
- Underwear & bodysuits cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Store credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Store credit notes will be to the
value of your purchase, less the shipping fee involved. Credit notes can be used for markdown items but cannot be used in conjunction with discount codes.
To exchange for the correct size, please contact the EXIE Team to ensure the size you would like is in stock. One of our team members will help you process the exchange and send a new size to you without you having to do it through our website. You will need to cover the expense of your return, but we will happily send out your exchanged item free of charge.

All returns are at the expense of the customer. EXIE Pty Ltd is not liable for the loss of garments
being returned. EXIE Pty Ltd encourages customers to return item(s) via registered or traceable
postal services and to take note of the tracking number and have it scanned in at your local Post
Garments returned to EXIE endure a full quality control procedure and checklist before being
approved for exchange or store credit note. Any garments returned to us with stains (makeup, fake
tan, any other markings or stains), or garments that have been dry cleaned or damaged in any way,
cannot be returned or exchanged. Garments that have a strong odour of perfume, washing powder
or are similarly impregnated will not be accepted. EXIE Pty Ltd reserves the right to deny a
credit note or exchange if health and safety standards are not met.

What is your Faulty Assessment process for online purchases?
We're so sorry to hear that your item is faulty. If you believe any purchased items may have manufacturing faults, please contact our team here.
You will be asked to provide proof of purchase as well as photographs that clearly display the fault.
*Please do not send the faulty product back without contacting us first.
*Proof of purchase is required to process a Faulty Assessment.
*If an item has been misused or worn in a manner contrary to its purpose, the item will be classified as ‘general wear and tear’. Forms of misuse may include but are not limited to cuts, heat or burns, exposure to chemicals or harsh elements, contact with gravel/bitumen while using motorized vehicles, skateboarding, machine washing and any alterations (eg. shoe repair).
