Wash your clothes inside out
Sweat, dead skin cells and bacteria accumulate on the inside of your garment - we're just being honest here. Wash your garments inside out to ensure they're thoroughly cleaned!
Wash at low or cold temperatures
Your high performance garments are made from synthetic fibres to give stretch and other benefits. If your garment is washed at too high of a temperature, these fibres can be damaged.
Hang to dry
Exposing your garments to intense heat in tumble dryers can affect the way they fit, reduce elasticity and shorten their lifespan - Hang to dry will preserve your fit and save greenhouse gas emissions. It's a win, win!
